Return & Refund Policy
- Nymex Ltd offers returns and refunds (subject to terms and conditions below).
- If your not satisfied with your recent purchase, then We are happy to accept returns on items that are only in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Any product you return, must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, altered or tampered in any way.
- All items will be reviewed and inspected individually upon return, and a decision will be decided upon by a case-by-case basis.
- If the goods are damaged when delivered, you can send them back for a full refund or exchange.
- If your refund is accepted, we will re-emburse the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become null and void, and the items will be sent back to you at an extra cost for delivery charges.
- The items you wish to return are your sole responsibility until we receive them, and acknowledged the receipt of such items. We recommend that you obtain insurance from a reputable company for the total value of the items you are intending to return, and we recommend sending the items by a reputable courier whereby the delivery can be traced.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake, or get lost in the post.
- Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will subsequently be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 working days. We will keep keep you informed, and send you an email once it’s all completed.
